M.Hainaut toppled Leuven on the road and advanced into the Ehtias League semifials. The game without a history. Belfius Mons-Hainaut led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Leuven Bears' 24. Belfius Mons-Hainaut had a 25-13 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Belfius Mons-Hainaut especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.4 percentage. The best player for the winners was American forward Josh Bostic (196-87, college: Findlay, OH) who scored 18 points and 4 assists. The other American import guard Quincy Taylor (196-82, college: UAB) chipped in 13 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Naturalized American forward Ian Hanavan (202-80, college: Evansville, agency: Interperformances) produced 15 points and American swingman Bradford Burgess (198-90, college: VCU, agency: Interperformances) added 14 points respectively for the hosts. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
