Oostende gained 2-1 lead in the semifinal series versus Aalstar. The game without a history. Base Oostende led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 21-of-24 charity shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Okapi Aalstar was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for American guard Matt Lojeski (198-85, college: Hawaii) who led his team to a victory with 9 points, 10 rebounds and 5 assists. His fellow American import point guard Sean Singletary (183-85, college: Virginia) contributed with 14 points for the winners.
