Semi-Finals Game 2: Acea Virtus RM - Cantu 74-68

Acea Virtus Roma held off Cantu for the second consecutive win in the series. Cantu was ahead by 8 points at the halftime before a 40-26 second half run of Lottomatica Roma. They made 22-of-29 charity shots (75.9 percent) during the game. Cantu was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American point guard Jordan Taylor (185-89, college: Wisconsin) scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American-Nigerian power forward Gani Lawal (205-88, college: Georgia Tech, agency: Three Eye Sports) chipped in 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks during the contest. Four Lottomatica Roma players scored in double figures. The former international Pietro Aradori (195-88) responded with 18 points and 5 rebounds and naturalized Uruguayan point guard Nicolas Mazzarino (181-75, agency: Players Group) scored 16 points. Cantu's coach Andrea Trinchieri rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
