Finals Game 1: Strasbourg - Nanterre 89-55

Strasbourg roll past Nanterre in the opening game of the ProA Finals. The game without a history. Strasbourg IG led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to JSF Nanterre's 18. They outrebounded JSF Nanterre 29-17 including a 25-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. Strasbourg IG looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 7 passes made by JSF Nanterre's players. Worth to mention a great performance of American-Dominican swingman Ricardo Greer (197-78, college: Pittsburgh) who helped to win the game recording 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists (perfect from the field making all six shots). The former international center Alexis Ajinca (215-88, agency: Priority Sports) contributed with 14 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Four Strasbourg IG players scored in double figures. American point guard Chris Warren (178-88, college: Mississippi) answered with 14 points and center Johan Passave-Ducteil (200-85) added 9 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for JSF Nanterre. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
