Real Madrid eased to a 2-0 lead in the semifinal series versus CAI Zaragoza. The game without a history. Real Madrid led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by CAI Zaragoza's players. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Sergio Rodriguez (191-86) who scored 11 points and 8 assists. American-Azerbaijani guard Jaycee Carroll (188-83, agency: Priority Sports) chipped in 18 points (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field).
