Matera was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Matera helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for point guard Lorenzo Gergati (188-84) who led his team to a victory with 23 points. Naturalized Polish power forward Jakub Wojciechowski (210-90) contributed with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Antonio Iannuzzi (207-91, agency: Two Points) answered with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds and naturalized Argentinian guard Carlos Sebastian Vico (190-86, agency: Players Group) added 16 points in the effort for Matera.
