The hosts trailed by 5 points after three quarters before their 21-11 charge, which allowed them to win the game. American-Nigerian power forward Gani Lawal (205-88, college: Georgia Tech, agency: Three Eye Sports) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds. Montepaschi Siena's coach tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
