Finals Game 5: Galatasaray - Banvit BK 76-58

The game was mostly controlled by Galatasaray. Banvit BK managed to win fourth quarter 21-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was the former international swingman Cenk Akyol (198-87) who scored 22 points. Puerto Rican point guard Carlos Arroyo (188-79, college: FIU, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 15 points and 8 assists. Galatasaray's coach Ergin Ataman used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The former international guard Serkan Erdogan (190-78) produced 11 points and 5 assists and Serbian center Vladimir Stimac (211-87, agency: Interperformances) added 9 points and 10 rebounds respectively for the guests.
