Regular Season Day 3: EL SALVADOR - MEXICO 58-75

Mexico wins the title in El Salvador at the COCABA Final Four Championship for Women. They overcame the hosts 75:58 and improved to 3-0 record to win the trophy. El Salvador meanwhile finished on the second place with 2-1 record. Both teams entered the game undefeated and needed one more win for the title. El Salvador surprised Mexico with a 13-7 start, but then Mexico replied with 21-12 rally in the second period. Mexico added 26-16 run in the third period and finished the game with a 21-17 rally. MORALES CASTRO top-scored for the winners with 18 points and 11 rebounds, while SILVA netted 13. OROZCO GOLLAZ and GARCIA poured in 12 points each. Martinez Hillary and Escobar Maria answered with 11 points each in a loss. Maravilla Gladis and Calderon Monica added 7 apiece.
