Regular Season Round 4: Lourdes - Quimper 64-63

The most surprising game was the first loss of undefeated Quimper UJAP (3-1) on the court of twelfth ranked Lourdes-Tarbes on Saturday night. Visitors were edged by Lourdes-Tarbes 64-63. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Quimper UJAP. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 9-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 64-63. Lourdes-Tarbes dominated on the defensive end, holding Quimper UJAP to just 6 points in second quarter. Law) scored 6 points and 11 rebounds. Lourdes-Tarbes (2-2) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with 4 other teams. Quimper UJAP at the other side dropped to the fourth position with one game lost. They share it with 3 other teams. Lourdes-Tarbes is looking forward to face higher ranked La Rochelle (#3) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Quimper UJAP will play against Montbrison and is hoping to win this game.
