No shocking result in a game when seventh ranked Aomori Watts (3-4) smashed on the road 11th ranked Tokyo Cinq R. (1-4) 74-54. The game without a history. Aomori Watts led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Tokyo Cinq R.'s 28. They outrebounded Tokyo Cinq R. 53-27 including a 24-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was an exceptional evening for Nigerian forward Abdullahi Kuso (206-84, college: Tallahassee CC) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 19 rebounds. American power forward Anthony Kent (208-83, college: Ball St.) accounted for 11 points and 18 rebounds for the winning side.
