Important game to mention about took place in Charleville. Thirteenth ranked Charleville-Mezieres (3-3) saved a 2-point victory at home edging second-best JSA Bordeaux (5-1) 74-72 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the five-game winning streak of JSA Bordeaux. Charleville-Mezieres moved-up to ninth place, which they share with 3 other teams. JSA Bordeaux at the other side keeps the second position with one game lost. They share it with Quimper and St Chamond. Charleville-Mezieres will play against higher ranked Quimper UJAP (#3) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. JSA Bordeaux will play against the league's leader Angers BC where they are definitely not considered as a favorite in this game either.
