Rather predictable result in Ankara where seventh ranked TED Kolejliler (7-3) defeated 10th ranked Turk Telekom (4-6) 79-69 on Sunday. The game without a history. TED Kolejliler led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Turk Telekom's 30. Montenegrin-Serbian center Vladimir Golubovic (213-86, agency: Beo Basket) scored 23 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and American guard Clay Tucker (196-80, college: Wisc.-Milwaukee, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in 25 points and 6 assists during the contest. TED Kolejliler's coach Ercument Sunter used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. TED Kolejliler moved-up to third place, which they share with 4 other teams. Loser Turk Telekom dropped to the ninth position with six games lost. TED Kolejliler will face league's leader Banvit BK in Balikesir in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
