Regular Season Round 30: Austin T. - Tulsa 66ers 96-93

Flip Murray had 30 points in the Austin Toros’ 96-93 win over the Tulsa 66ers Sunday at Cedar Park Center. Toros forward Eric Dawson added 23 points and hit two clutch free throws in the final 10 seconds to put the Toros up by three. Tulsa guard Isiah Wilkerson’s missed three-pointer at the buzzer sealed the win for the Toros. The Toros started the game on a 19-4 run and led by 15 after the first quarter. Tulsa fought back in the second and third quarters to take a 67-66 lead going into the fourth period. The teams exchanged leads throughout the fourt. Tthe 66ers got within one after Wilkerson hit a jump shot with 10.7 seconds left. Dawson’s free throws gave the Toros their third win in the last four games. Grant Jerrett posted a double-double for the for the 66ers, scoring 23 points and grabbing 12 rebounds. Nando De Colo, assigned to Austin on Sunday morning from the Spurs, had 10 points.
