The game between Top Four teams took place in Kosice. First ranked Slovakian host Good Angels (14-1) smashed 3rd placed Croatian Lupa Promotion (10-5) 88-63. The game was mostly controlled by Good Angels. Lupa Promotion was better in fourth quarter 17-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Good Angels forced 29 Lupa Promotion turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Lupa Promotion's players. Belarusian center Yelena Leuchanka (196-83, college: W.Virginia) nailed a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds for the winning side and Serbian guard Miljana Bojovic (181-87) accounted for 10 points and 10 assists. Four Good Angels players scored in double figures. Swingman Jelena Ivezic (182-84) came up with 17 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) and center Luca Ivankovic (198-87) added 12 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Lupa Promotion in the defeat. Good Angels have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending Slovakian champion maintains first place with 14-1 record. Defending Croatian champion Lupa Promotion keeps the third position with five games lost. They share it with PEAC-Pecs. Good Angels will play against Piestanske C. (#8) in Piestany in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Lupa Promotion will play on the road against PINKK-Pecsi (#5) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
