Greg Plummer scored 11 points in his Power debut. Scottie Haralson led the A's with 21 points. The Power got off to a fast start, going on a 11-0 run late in the first quarter, leading to a 37-23 lead after one quarter. The A's responded with a 15-3 run in the second quarter, cutting the Power's lead to 10 heading to halftime. The A's brought their momentum into the second half, allowing only 15 third quarter points from the Power while scoring 29 of their own. The Power went into the final quarter down 73-79.
