Dynamo Kursk registered the first win in the EuroCup eighth-finals. They stunned MBK Ruzomberok on the road to step closer to the quarterfinal stage. Seimone Augustus nailed 21 points to lead the Russian team. MBK Ruzomberok got to a confident start. They held Dynamo to just 13 points in the first period and earned a 4-point lead. Dynamo Kursk increased the tempo in the second term. The visitors nailed 22 points and trimmed the gap at 3-point mark 38:35. Dynamo Kursk spurred ahead in the third quarter. The visitors took over and ran to a 54:48 advantage at the final intermission. MBK Ruzomberok defence collapsed in the fourth stanza. Dynamo Kursk ignited a 28:12 rally and sealed the winning outcome. Candice Dupree and Jelena Milovanovic provided 12 points each for Dynamo Kursk. Stefanie Murphy responded with 17 points for MBK Ruzomberok. Dominika Baburova chipped in 11 points in the loss.
