There was no surprise when 7th ranked Ulster Rockets (5-9) were defeated on the road by third ranked TM Hotel Cork (9-4) 71-59 on Saturday. TM Hotel Cork dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Ulster Rockets' 28. They outrebounded Ulster Rockets 56-22 including a 35-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. American forward Emilee Harmon (188, college: Ohio St.) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and the former international guard Niamh Dwyer (176-82, college: Monmouth) chipped in 18 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists. TM Hotel Cork's coach used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest.
