Undefeated Helsingborg (4-1) recorded its first loss on the court of ninth ranked Trelleborg. Visitors were defeated by Trelleborg 80-73. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Helsingborg. Helsingborg was ahead by 8 points at the halftime before a 51-36 second half run of Trelleborg. They outrebounded Helsingborg 48-35 including 36 on the defensive glass. Helsingborg was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of naturalized Bosnian forward Srdjan Vukovic (197-86) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 31 points and 14 rebounds. point guard Basem Abdulkader (180-94) contributed with 5 points, 6 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Trelleborg's coach Ali Lou used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Billy Andersson (193-89) replied with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists and guard Tanju Yulman (186-90) added 25 points in the effort for Helsingborg. Four Helsingborg players scored in double figures. Trelleborg (1-4) left bottom position moving up to eighth place, which they share with IK Eos. Helsingborg at the other side still keeps top position with one game lost. They share it with Umea and Taby.
