The Windsor Express defeated the Ottawa Skyhawks 113-103 Tuesday afternoon at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa. The 10:30 am start didn't phase the Express (24-7), earning them their tenth victory in a row, one shy of the NBL record for consecutive wins by a team. Reigning National Basketball League of Canada (NBL) Player of the Week, Stefan Bonneau, collected 20 points and 6 rebounds, featuring 6-for-8 shooting behind the arc. In total, Windsor shot 17-for-30 from three point range, highlighted by Bonneau and Papa Oppong (4-for-4). Seven Express players finished with double digit points, including newcomer, George Goode (13). Goode was a key part of Windsor's bench, who supplied some much needed support, outscoring Ottawa's (16-18) group 54-22.
