Regular Season Round 69: Texas L. - Austin T. 111-114

Five Austin Toros scored in double digits as they defeated the Texas Legends for the second night in a row, 114-111 in Frisco on Wednesday night. Courtney Fells once again led the Toros (13-18) against the Legends, scoring 27 points on 11-of 18 shooting. Josh Howard contributed a double-double as he scored 23 points and collected 11 rebounds. Howard also had two blocks. The Toros controlled the game much as they did on Tuesday, fighting off a late surge. Flip Murray had a double-double, scoring 19 points to go along with his 10 assists while Dexter Pittman was one rebound shy of a double-double, scoring 18 points and grabbing nine boards. The Legends (15-18) also had five players score in double digits, led by Mickey McConnell’s 26 points and 11 assists.
