Bottom-ranked Gansos managed to get a fourth victory, breaking the two-game losing streak. This time they edged ninth-ranked Angeles in Ciudad de Mexico 81-79. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Angeles won third quarter 25-23. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Gansos dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Angeles' 24. They outrebounded Angeles 51-28 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Angeles were plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. The game was dominated by American players.
