Regular Season Round 7: TU/Rock - Juventus 77-62

Rather expected game in Tartu where 5th ranked Lithuanian Juventus (5-7) were defeated by third ranked Estonian TU/Rock (8-4) 77-62 on Saturday. The game without a history. TU/Rock led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a great evening for Lithuanian forward Vilmantas Dilys (208-87, agency: Interperformances) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds. Janar Talts (205-83) helped adding 17 points and 5 rebounds. Four TU/Rock players scored in double figures. TU/Rock's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side center Karolis Petrukonis (212-87, college: Clemson) responded with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds and American guard Keyron Sheard (188-86, college: Chattanooga) scored 11 points. TU/Rock have a solid series of four victories in a row. They maintain third place in Group C with 8-4 record having just two points less than leader Pyrinto. Loser Juventus dropped to the fourth position with seven games lost.
