Not a big story in a game in Ningbo where 17th ranked Bayi Rockets (6-28) were rolled over by eighth ranked Liaoning Hunters (20-14) 93-72 on Sunday. The game without a history. Liaoning Hunters led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Bayi Rockets' 44. They outrebounded Bayi Rockets 39-27 including 30 on the defensive glass. American guard Dominique Jones (193-88, college: S.Florida) scored 21 points, 5 assists and 6 steals to lead the charge for the winners and the former international center XiaoXu Li (206-90) chipped in 12 points and 15 rebounds during the contest. Liaoning Hunters' coach QingLong Wu felt very confident that he used 10 players and allowed the starting five to rest. At the losing side the former international center ZhongHao Xu (212-90) responded with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and the former international center ZhiZhi Wang (215-77) scored 14 points and 6 rebounds. Five Liaoning Hunters and four Bayi Rockets players scored in double figures. Liaoning Hunters have a solid four-game winning streak. They moved-up to sixth place, which they share with TianJin S. and Shanghai S. Bayi Rockets lost fourteenth consecutive game. They keep the seventeenth position with 28 games lost.
