Balkan League round 14 caused change at the leadership position. Fourth defeat of league's leader Israeli Galil Gilboa (7-4) against second ranked Bulgarian Levski Sofia (8-5) 100-95 in overtime was the most important game of the last round. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The hosts trailed by 7 points after three quarters before their 28-21 charge, which allowed them to tie the game at the end of regular time and get a 5-point victory in overtime.
