An interesting game for TU/Rock (20-1) which hosted in Tartu 4th placed TTU (11-12). First ranked TU/Rock had an easy win 101-66. The game without a history. TU/Rock led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 19-of-21 free shots (90.5 percent) during the game. TU/Rock outrebounded TTU 42-23 including a 30-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. The former international Janar Talts (205-83) nailed 18 points and 6 rebounds (on 7-of-8 shooting from the field) for the winning side and Lithuanian guard Augustas Peciukevicius (192-91) accounted for 12 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international forward Erik Keedus (198-90) came up with 12 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and American center Andrew Arnold (208-86, college: Lewis-Clark St.) added 18 points respectively for TTU in the defeat. The victory was the tenth consecutive win for TU/Rock. They maintain first place with 20-1 record. TTU lost their seventh game in a row. They keep the fourth position with 12 games lost. TU/Rock will meet KK Parnu (#5) on the road in the next round. TTU will play against KK Hito and hope to secure a win.
