The game in Kumamoto supposed to be also worth to mention about. Third ranked Tochigi Brex (22-14) played at the court of 6th ranked Kumamoto V. (5-31). Tochigi Brex did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 91-71. The game was mostly controlled by Tochigi Brex. Kumamoto V. was better in third quarter 17-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tochigi Brex dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Kumamoto V.'s 26. They maintain third place with 22-14 record having nine points less than leader Aishin SH. Kumamoto V. lost their tenth game in a row. Newly promoted team keeps the sixth position with 31 games lost. Tochigi Brex's next round opponent will be Mitsubishi Dolphins (#3) in Nagoya, which may be the game of the day. Kumamoto V. will play on the road against Hitachi Sunrockers in Tokyo and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
