Quarter-Finals Round 2: Telge - Sallen 62-77

Sallen surprised Telge on the road to sweep the quarterfinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Sallen. Telge managed to win third quarter 19-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 27-of-32 free shots (84.4 percent) during the game, while Telge only scored ten points from the stripe. 24 personal fouls committed by Telge helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American point guard Eureka Brooks (170-86, college: Florida) orchestrated the victory by scoring 32 points (was perfect 12-for-12 from the free throw line !!!). The other American import point guard Adrianne Ross (173-84, college: TCU, agency: Merit Management Group) contributed with 20 points and 5 rebounds (was perfect 10-for-10 from the free throw line !!!) for the winners. Sallen's coach Bo Eriksson used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Adrienne Webb (175-90, college: LSU) replied with 19 points and 5 rebounds and the former international guard Josefin Olheim (176-86) added 17 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Telge.
