Mogi (#11) forced the game against Sao Jose/Vinac (#6) into an overtime, but lost by one point 90-91. The game took place in Mogi das Cruzes. But the guests from Sao Jose were better at the end. Mogi was tied at the half and again at the end of regular time. But they could not keep up in overtime eventually losing that period 12-13. Sao Jose/Vinac forced 19 Mogi turnovers. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Sao Jose/Vinac (15-9) moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Limeira. Mogi at the other side dropped to the twelfth position with 16 games lost. Sao Jose/Vinac will play against SKY/Basquete (#8) in Aldeota in the next round. Mogi will have a break next round.
