Quarter-Finals Round 3: Moncton M. - The Island S. 97-95

The Moncton Miracles forced a fourth game in their National Basketball League of Canada quarter-final with a 97-95 comeback win Friday over the Island Storm. Game 4 of the best-of-five series goes Sunday at 2 p.m. in Moncton. Game 5, if necessary, would be played Thursday at 7 p.m. in Charlottetown. On Friday, the Storm held quarter leads of 24-18, 50-47 and 72-68 before being outscored 29-23 in the final 12 minutes. Trayvon Lathan led the home side with 24 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists. Oliver McNally added 20 points while Alex DesRoches had 17. Antonio Ballard had 25 points and 11 boards to lead the Storm while Nick Okorie had 13 points and Jeremy Williams 12.
