Semi-Finals Game 3: Xinjiang FT - DongGuan L. 108-100

Xinjiang overcame DongGuan to sweep the semifinal series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 28-22. But DongGuan Leopards won second period 25-22. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Xinjiang Flying Tige made 28-of-32 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. DongGuan Leopards were plagued by 28 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was the former international center ZhengDong Tang (213-84) who had a double-double by scoring 27 points and 14 rebounds (on 12-of-15 shooting from the field). American Lester Hudson (190-84, college: Tenn-Martin, agency: Priority Sports) chipped in 29 points and 7 rebounds (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!). Four Xinjiang Flying Tige players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Bobby Brown (188-84, college: CS Fullerton) who recorded 23 points and 5 assists and the other American import forward Donte Greene (206-88, college: Syracuse) added 12 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists respectively.
