Quarter-Finals Round 3: Levice - Inter Bratislava 73-93

Inter Bratislava earned the third straight win over Levice and stepped closer to the semifinal stage. The game was mostly controlled by Inter Bratislava. Levice was better in second period 27-26. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Inter Bratislava dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Levice's 32 and made 19-of-25 free shots (76.0 percent) during the game. It was a great evening for international Michal Batka (204-87) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 13 rebounds. Czech center Ondrej Starosta (215-79) helped adding 11 points and 5 rebounds. Inter Bratislava's coach Oleg Meleschenko used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was forward Vladimir Klar (191-86) with 22 points and American guard Brandon Lockhart (185-90, college: Drury) scored 15 points and 4 assists.
