No shocking result in a game when third ranked Hokkaido L. (26-16) crushed 5th ranked Hyogo S. (6-33) in Saporro 94-69 on Saturday. The game without a history. Hokkaido L. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to Hyogo S.'s 32. American players dominated also this game. Forward Carl Hall (203-89, college: Wichita St.) replied with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds and swingman William Knight (196-79, college: UCLA) added 11 points in the effort for Hyogo S.Five Hokkaido L. and four Hyogo S. players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Hokkaido L. maintains third position with 26-16 record having eight points less than leader Aishin SH. Hyogo S. lost seventeenth consecutive game.
