Flamengo clinched the Liga Americas title. They outgunned Pinheiros/Sky in front of 8000 spectators in Rio de Janeiro. Marcelo Magalhaes scored 24 points to pace the winners. Flamengo unleashed 25 points in the first frame and grabbed a 10-point lead. Pinheiros/Sky narrowed the gap in the second frame. They got within 6 points at the interval 46:40. Pinheiros/Sky kept clinching closer in the third term. They trimmed the deficit to a single point at the final intermission 61:60. But Flamengo unloaded 24 points in the final term and sealed the winning outcome. Meynisse delivered 18 points, while Vieira added 14 points for Flamengo. Shamell Stallworth responded with 25 points for Pinheiros/Sky. Babby Araujo had 17 points in the defeat.
