Semi-Finals Game 1: TU/Rock - Tonybet 66-68

Tonybet victoriously opened their semifinal clash versus TU/Rock. The Lithuanian team snatched a road win in Tartu. It looked good early as TU/Rock took an 1-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Tonybet had a 25-21 second period charge getting the lead and TU/Rock was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 66-68. Tonybet forced 23 TU/Rock turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 35 assists. TU/Rock was plagued by 39 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Mindaugas Lukauskis (198-79, agency: XL Basketball Agency) who helped to win the game recording 23 points, 5 assists and 4 steals. Forward Arturas Valeika (207-85, college: Midland CC) contributed with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Lithuanian forward Vilmantas Dilys (208-87, agency: Interperformances) answered with 12 points and 8 rebounds and Janar Talts (205-83) added 9 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for TU/Rock. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
