Quarter-Finals Round 3: HoNsU - Huima 78-59

HoNsU defeated Huima at home court to force the fourth game in the series. The game was mostly controlled by HoNsU. Aanekosken was better in third quarter 16-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. HoNsU dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Aanekosken's 24. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Nikki Speed (173-90, college: Rutgers) who led the winners with a triple-double by scoring 24 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 steals. Power forward Titta-Riina Lepisto (184-90) accounted for 18 points and 9 rebounds for the winning side. Four HoNsU players scored in double figures. American center Kenya Robinson (182-70, college: New Orleans) came up with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 20 rebounds and the other American import guard Brandi Davis (183-83, college: Oregon) added 15 points respectively for Aanekosken in the defeat.
