Uppsala gained 2-0 lead in the quarterfinal series versus Sundsvall. The game without a history. Uppsala Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot the lights out from three nailing 14 long-distance shots on high 60.9 percentage. Uppsala Basket players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Sundsvall Dragons' players. American point guard Thomas Jackson (175-80, college: Butler) notched 12 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists to lead the effort and Australian-Irish forward Liam Rush (202-82) supported him with 19 points. Four Uppsala Basket players scored in double figures. Even 15 points and 9 rebounds by forward Tom Liden (202-87) did not help to save the game for Sundsvall Dragons. The former international Mikael Lindquist (193-83) added 11 points for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
