Xinjiang Flying Tigers snatched a vital road win over Beijing Ducks to force the championship series into the sixth game. The Ducks led 3-1 in the series before the game but could not use the home-court advantage to seal the victory. The guests trailed by 1 point after three quarters before their 23-19 charge, which allowed them to win the game. Xinjiang Flying Tige outrebounded Beijing Ducks 56-41 including 21 on the offensive glass. The best player for the winners was American Lester Hudson (190-84, college: Tenn-Martin, agency: Priority Sports) who had a double-double by scoring 36 points (!!!), 13 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international point guard Tal Co (191-91) chipped in 14 points and 7 rebounds. American power forward Randolph Morris (211-86, college: Kentucky) produced 14 points, 9 rebounds and 5 blocks and forward Zhe Ji (202-89) added 9 points and 14 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Four Beijing Ducks players scored in double figures.
