Uppsala shot down Sundsvall to gain the semifinal ticket. The game was mostly controlled by Uppsala Basket. Sundsvall Dragons was better in third quarter 16-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Sundsvall Dragons 45-21 including a 16-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by American-British Oladapo Ayuba (198-86, college: UMKC) who scored that evening 15 points and 9 rebounds and American point guard Thomas Jackson (175-80, college: Butler) supported him with 16 points and 5 rebounds. Four Uppsala Basket players scored in double figures. Uppsala Basket's coach Kelly Grant allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 15 points and 8 rebounds by Icelandic forward Hlynur Baeringsson (200-82) did not help to save the game for Sundsvall Dragons. Forward Tom Liden (202-87) added 21 points for lost side.
