Very expected game when 12th ranked Reggio Calabr. (12-15) was defeated on the road by eighth ranked Ravenna (14-13) 89-77. The game was mostly controlled by Ravenna. Reggio Calabr. was better in third quarter 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a very good performance for power forward Francesco Amoni (201-84) who helped to win the game recording 21 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field).
