Second Stage Round 3: KK Split - Darda 88-69

The game between Top Four teams took place in Split. host KK Split (7-2) smashed Vrijednosnice OS (3-7)The game without a history. KK Split led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 54.2 percentage. It was a great evening for Filip Najev (205-92, agency: XL Basketball Agency) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 15 rebounds. Guard Ivan Mimica (190-80, agency: XL Basketball Agency) helped adding 25 points. Five KK Split players scored in double figures. KK Split's coach Mladen Erjavec used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. The best for the losing side was power forward Mise Diminic (208-89) with 23 points (perfect from the field making all nine shots !!!) and guard Dejan Meznaric (192-87) scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. KK Split will face Djuro Djakovic (#5) in Slavonski Brod in the next round. Vrijednosnice OS will play at home against KK Zabok and hope to win that game.
