The game between Top Four teams took place in Sibenik. host Jolly (1-2) lost to KK Zadar (3-0) 89-74The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. It was a great shooting night for KK Zadar especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 61.1 percentage. KK Zadar looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was Serbian guard Marko Sutalo (193-83) who scored 22 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). American guard Mark Lyons (185-89, college: Arizona) chipped in 14 points and 7 assists. Four KK Zadar players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Terry Smith (185-86, college: Mercyhurst) who recorded 17 points and 6 assists (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) and forward Mate Mrva (198-83, agency: XL Basketball Agency) added 21 points respectively. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. KK Zadar will meet at home GKK Sibenik (#8) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Jolly will play against Kvarner (#7) and hope to win that game.
