Semi-Finals Game 3: KR - Stjarnan 76-95

Stjarnan rolled past KR on the road and cut the deficit in the series. The game was mostly controlled by Stjarnan. KR managed to win second period 17-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. It was a good game for American forward Junior Hairston (203-84, college: Towson, agency: KMG Sports Management) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 41 points (!!!) and 16 rebounds. Marvin Valdimarsson (198-81) contributed with 20 points for the winners. American forward Demond Watt (200-89, college: Texas A&M-CC) answered with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 11 rebounds and the former international guard Pavel Ermolinskij (202-87) added 17 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for KR. Four KR players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
