SKK Siedlce toppled UMKS Kielce to secure the winning start of the Finals. SKK Siedlce outrebounded UMKS Kielce 53-21 including a 20-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Power forward Lukasz Ratajczak (201-86, agency: Promotex) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 14 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners and Rafal Sobilo (188-89) chipped in 21 points and 4 assists. At the losing side swingman Lukasz Fafara (193-84) responded with 12 points and 4 assists and Wojciech Miernik (194-88) scored 13 points. Four UMKS Kielce players scored in double figures.
