Semi-Finals Game 3: Rieker KN - Inter Bratislava 65-79

Inter Bratislava are one step away from the Extraliga Finals following a comfortable road win over Rieker Komarno. The game was mostly controlled by Inter Bratislava. Rieker KN was better in fourth quarter 17-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a quality performance for the former international power forward Martin Rancik (206-78, college: Iowa St.) who led the winners and scored 22 points and 9 rebounds. Czech center Ondrej Starosta (215-79) accounted for 14 points and 10 rebounds for the winning side. Four Inter Bratislava players scored in double figures. Inter Bratislava's coach Oleg Meleschenko allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. American forward Dallis Joyner (203-90, college: Stony Brook) came up with 27 points and 9 rebounds and Slovenian forward Sinisa Bilic (201-89) added 7 points and 7 rebounds respectively for Rieker KN in the defeat.
