Bauru snatched a narrow road win over Basquete Caerense and swept the series. The guests trailed by 3 points after three quarters before their 22-17 charge, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was the former international point guard Larry Taylor (185-80, college: Missouri Western) who scored 14 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. The former international power forward Murilo Becker (210-83) chipped in a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds.
