Zob Ahan toppled visiting Foolad Mahan and secured the semifinal ticket. The game without a history. Zob Ahan led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Foolad Mahan's 20. They outrebounded Foolad Mahan 41-25 including a 26-11 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for Montenegrin-Serbian center Slavko Vranes (230-83, agency: Beo Basket) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 15 rebounds. The former international forward Mohammad Reza Lotfi (198-83) contributed with 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners.
