Sodertalje held off visiting Uppsala to gain 3-2 lead in the semifinal series. Uppsala Basket was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Sodertalje Kings made 23-of-28 free shots (82.1 percent) during the game. 27 personal fouls committed by Uppsala Basket helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American point guard John Roberson (180-88, college: Texas Tech) stepped up and scored 19 points and 7 assists for the winners and Croatian forward Toni Bizaca (202-82, agency: XL Basketball Agency) chipped in 14 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Sodertalje Kings players scored in double figures.
