Wisla topped CCC Polkowice to gain 1-0 lead in the Finals. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But CCC Polkowice won third quarter 19-11. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Wisla Krakow dominated on the defensive end, holding CCC Polkowice to just 5 points in second quarter. They outrebounded CCC Polkowice 43-30 including a 36-20 advantage in defensive rebounds. The former international forward Justyna Zurowska (188-85) fired a double-double by scoring 17 points and 15 rebounds for the winners. Hungarian-American guard Allie Quigley (178-86, college: De Paul) chipped in 15 points and 5 rebounds. Russian guard Valeriya Musina (183-87, college: Lee) produced 15 points and American center Janel McCarville (188-82, college: Minnesota) added 6 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side.
