Penas Huesca overcame Breogan to force the decisive third game in the series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Leche Rio Breogan won third quarter 19-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Lobe Huesca made 18-of-23 free shots (78.3 percent) during the game. 24 personal fouls committed by Leche Rio Breogan helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. Lithuanian forward Marius Grigonis (198-94) scored 21 points (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Javier Mugica (200-83) chipped in 15 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Four Lobe Huesca players scored in double figures. Lobe Huesca's coach Quim Costa used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Tyrus McGee (188-91, college: Iowa St.) responded with 17 points and 6 rebounds and Dutch power forward Roeland Schaftenaar (211-88, college: Oregon St.) scored 11 points and 6 rebounds.
